Company Cancellations
P4Y Services may cancel any experience due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling to another available date or receiving a full refund.
Captain's Authority
The captain has full authority to cancel or modify any trip at their own discretion for safety reasons. The captain's decision is final.
Customer Cancellations
To cancel your booking, please email info@algarveandyou.com. Your cancellation is only valid upon receiving a confirmation response from our team.
Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are available up until the scheduled tour time, with the following exception:
- Reef Fishing tours: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled departure.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
