Itinerary
- Access to the gym is granted at the previously reserved time, with a simple check-in for entry authorization. After access, users may freely use the fitness area during the booked period, making use of the available strength and cardio training equipment. At the end of the scheduled time, the session concludes and users must leave the space in an organized manner within the designated time.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to ask any questions about cancellations and refunds. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
