- Arrival and welcome at the wellness center, followed by access to the selected experience, including jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, or wellness circuits. Free time to relax and enjoy the facilities before the end of the experience.

- check_in_details: Check-in must be completed at the wellness center reception at the time indicated in your booking. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. After confirmation, you will be guided to your selected circuit and informed about the use of the facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath) according to your booked duration.
- special_requirements: If you have specific health conditions, are pregnant, have heart problems, high blood pressure, or other physical limitations, we recommend informing us in advance before using the wellness center. Some treatments or facilities may not be recommended in certain situations.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to ask any questions about cancellations and refunds. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
