1st Course: Crab pâté served with mini toasts

2nd Course: Marinated horse mackerel

3rd Course: Algarvian cockles with cornmeal porridge

4th Course: Roasted pork tenderloin with garlic, parsley, olive oil, and lemon

5th Course: Shrimp Açorda (traditional Portuguese bread and shrimp dish)

6th Course: Mini Dom Rodrigo (traditional Algarvian dessert – “egg threads”. A delicate and sweet dessert with egg, cinnamon, and almonds)
