Starter: Fresh hot bread with olive oil or toast with olive oil and garlic

1st Course: Andalusian Gazpacho Soup (origin of gazpacho)

2nd Course: Puntilhitas (fried baby squid with lemon)

3rd Course: Bacon with "Ovo Roto," a Spanish specialty

4th Course: Potato Tortilla

5th Course: Galician-style Octopus (sliced octopus with sweet paprika)

6th Course: Catalan Egg Pudding

AllGarbe: Traditional gastronomy with origins from the sea, a meeting point for fish and seafood lovers.

Historically called Algarbe Alandalus (Gharb al-Ândalus), it was the western part of Moorish Andalusia. From this origin comes the name Algarve, with deep similarities in Arabic architectural, linguistic, and artistic heritage. It is the history, customs, and soul of this region that we preserve in our name and in our walls, adorned with traditional blue tile panels that reflect the grandeur of the “people of our land” – Portimão.

This is a fully Algarvian restaurant, with a team composed almost entirely of local staff. All products are local and fresh, preserving the flavors of each dish in its traditional preparation.

From the sea to your table, we bring fresh fish from our coast, slowly grilled to retain all the juices that make your mouth water. Not forgetting the queen of Portimão, also featured in our logo, the beautiful sardine, famous for being grilled over charcoal and eaten on fresh bread soaked in the fish juices, served with a delicious Algarvian salad with oregano and peppers.
